Meydenbauer Center Parking Garage & North Lot

Meydenbauer Center in downtown Bellevue is conveniently accessible from Interstate 405 which runs north and south through Bellevue.

Meydenbauer Center Garage Parking

  • The garage entrance is midblock at 11100 NE 6th Street, between 110th Avenue NE and 112th Avenue NE.
  • Parking garage offers 434 parking stalls and 6',9” clearance. Oversized vehicles park in the North Lot.

Meydenbauer Center North Lot (overflow parking)

  • The North Lot entrance is midblock off 112th Avenue NE, between NE 8th Street and NE 6th Street.
  • Pay station located in NE corner of the lot.

Upon Arrival
  • Registration for the Coding and Reimbursement Seminar will be on the 4th Floor on Thursday, March 9.
  • Registration for the Physician Program on Thursday evening, March 9 will be on the 4th Floor, and the 1st Floor on Friday, March 10.
  • The walk-in registration/information desk for the tech and practice management programs will be on the 4th Floor.

    Note: Techs do not need to stop at the registration desk if they received their badge and attendance cards by mail prior to the day of the meeting. They may go straight to the continental breakfast in the exhibitor hall or straight to their first classroom.

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual throughout the entire meeting. Please note that meeting rooms are often kept cool so be sure to bring a sweater if you typically get cold.

Special Needs

Moms needing a place to pump? We’ve got that covered. Just contact us ahead of time or at the registration desk on the morning of the meeting for information on how to access our “pump room” during breaks! Anything else we can help with? Contact our office (as soon as you can) to let us know. We’ll do our very best to assist.
